This program is designed to assist those facing financial challenges, ensuring you have access to necessary appointments and services.

Set Up A Ride
As a valued recurring customer who has already been approved, you can easily set up your free ride by clicking here. Please note that your ride must be within 30 miles of your registered residence, as indicated on your driver's license or ID. We’re here to make your experience smooth and convenient!

To proceed, please ensure you meet the necessary requirements. You will need visit our office and speak with a representative. The entire process may take 10 to 15 business days, so be sure to complete all required. If you wish to continue with the requirements, please give our office a call.
